Lotus :
An oriental beauty flower which is commonly used in Thailand to pay the homage to the Lord Buddha. It is an amazing flower which is used for food and for therapeutic purposes. Lotus root and stem are used for to cook main dish for therapeutic effect of cooling the body system which is a good balance of tropical hot climate. Lotus leave is used for to wrap & bake rice for seasoning and flavors enhance. Dry leave is used as tobacco wrap. White or Yellow Champak :
A sweet fragrance flower which is used in Thailand in the old days as home aromatherapy by leaving the flower besides the pillow before bed time to enjoy its pleasantly relaxing smell, by placing on the plate to offer respect to the Lord Buddha Statue at home, and tying to the lady’s hair during the day time.Therapeutically, dry leave are used to cure the cough and bronchitis while dry flower is used to invigorate heart & body system.

Lemongrass :
Lemongrass is the herb which is used to prepare the famous Thai dish of ‘Tom Yam Kung’. It is also boiled directly to make a herb drink for health. It is different plant species from Citronella which is used to dispel mosquitoes. Lemongrass smells fresh & mild sour lime blended smoothly with slight smell of herb, reflecting Asian herb characters in a very unique way. Therapeutically, Lemongrass is believed to help to stimulate the digestive system, ease of the stomach gastric, reduce blood pressure, and improve the total well-being.

Kaffir Lime :
It is a green lime with uneven skin which produces strong sour & green smell. Both fruit and leave are also used in small amount as a seasoned herb in many Thai dishes. By just adding a little kaffir lime leave to Thai red curry will surprisingly help to round the taste and smell of the dish. As one of the therapeutic herb, Kaffir lime is normally used for hair treatment to cure itchyscalp and anti-dandruff. Essential oil from the fruit will help to keep hair shiny dark. If you visit Thailand, it is impossible for you to leave the county without an experience of jasmine -- whether it is seeing, smelling, touching and even drinking water with this white little sweet smell flower!! Thais drop jasmine in cool water to fragrance the welcome drink for the guest. It is also used to fragrance many dessert which adds on to ending taste of meal with nice pleasant smooth scent in your mouth. Dry jasmine flower is recognized of its Therapeutic value of cooling the system, increase the appetite and stimulate the heart & blood system. There are so many species of Jasmine in Thailand and each of them smells differently with its own special characters.

Y-lang Y-lang :
Yellow flower with strong smell. In the aromatherapy world, essential of Y-lang Y-lang is known for both of its seductive and sedative properties. As Thai therapeutic herb, the values of Y-lang Y-lang are to reduce internal body heat & anxieties, eliminate excess water in the system and to stimulate the heart and blood system.Sometime, freshY- lang, Y- lang is smoked with fire to bring out stronger scent.In Thailand, it is regard as the symbol of beautiful widow or flirting ladies who like to charm men.

Rose :
Thai rose is red color, with only a few layer of petal. Besides used as food, it is also used for therapeutic values. In Thailand, rose petals are prepared as appetizer by having it deep fried. It is also made into flower garland to pay homage to the Lord Buddha, or used to fragrance the dessert by leaving the rose petal overnight in the dessert pot. The hand rinsing water will be prepared with rose petal rid off the food smell from hands. Therapeutically, it is reported to helps improve the gall bladder function, refresh heart system, reduce anxiety, cure stomach ache and improve the blood circulation. Dry rose is also used to cure the cold and flu.

Banana :
Banana is abundant in tropical country like Thailand. It is food which is good for all ages.
